01

Data controller

The data controller is TONIAZZO TRANCIATI S.A.S. DI TONIAZZO DENIS E C., with registered office at Via Summano, 31 – 36030 Montecchio Precalcino (VI), Italy, VAT and tax number 03200310245. For privacy requests, write to info@toniazzotranciati.it; for certified email communications: toniazzotranciati@legalmail.it.

02

Data we may collect

When you contact us or request a sample, we may receive identification and contact details, company information, message content, species of interest and any project information you choose to provide. The sample page does not transmit or store data on the website: it prepares a draft in the visitor’s email app, and data reaches us only if the message is sent.

During browsing, technical systems may also record IP address, date and time, device, browser, requested pages and information required for website security and correct operation.

03

Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering enquiries and preparing samples, quotations or pre-contractual information: steps requested by the data subject.
  • Managing commercial and administrative relationships including orders, deliveries, invoicing and payments: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.
  • Protecting the website and the company against abuse, technical problems or unlawful access attempts: legitimate interest in security.
  • Sending promotional communications only if this function is activated and after consent where required.
04

Retention

Enquiries or sample requests that do not lead to a commercial relationship are ordinarily retained for no longer than 24 months after the last relevant contact. Where a commercial relationship arises, administrative, contractual and accounting documents are retained for the periods required by law, generally 10 years, unless disputes or further obligations apply.

Technical logs and backups are retained according to supplier configurations and only for the time required for security and service continuity.

05

Recipients and suppliers

Authorised staff and necessary suppliers may process data. Current suppliers include Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting, content delivery and technical security, and Blue Day and its contracted platforms for business email and support. The website does not use server-side forms, CRM systems, analytics, advertising pixels or profiling services.

Data is not publicly disclosed. It may be communicated to authorities or professional advisers where required by law or necessary to protect a right.

No server-side form service, CRM, analytics, advertising pixel or profiling provider is currently active on the website.

06

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Cloudflare is established in the United States. Where processing involves a restricted transfer, Cloudflare states that its Data Processing Addendum and, where required, the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

07

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing. You may also withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise these rights, write to info@toniazzotranciati.it or send a certified email to toniazzotranciati@legalmail.it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority in your Member State.
